Michelle Ellison thrives on living a life of adventure with purpose. A kiwi at heart, her mantra of ‘make shit happen’ pushes her to create new experiences for herself and others, believing in the power of connection and getting out of your comfort zone. Connecting with her love of adventure only a few years ago, she has taken on becoming a speaker, author, film producer, podcast club host and business owner, all while tending to her HR career.

She has paddle boarded the length of the River Thames for citizen science, the longest fjord in Norway, the English Channel, and more recently the width of England along the Liverpool and Leeds canal to support mental health awareness. Describing herself as a self professed non-athlete, but someone who'll throw herself full body into a physical adventure, she took on cycling the length of the UK, running the width of the UK for a government petition to improve A&E care of those feeling suicidal, and climbing the highest point in every European country.

Her tales of adventure take you on a journey connecting you with the mindset, the importance of creating a team, getting out of your comfort zone and taking massive action. Michelle doesn’t just leave her audiences feeling inspired, but empowered to make shit happen, getting them to explore what they see is possible in their own lives.

Michelle has spoken at a range of organisations including the Royal Geographical Society, James Allen's Girls' School, Black Swan Data for International Womens Day and many communities in the UK.
