4th August: Adventure Filmmaking Workshop

45.00

An extended version of Dave's popular smartphone filmmaking course will have teach you everything you need to know to film and edit your own movies on a smartphone, ensuring that together we save the internet from more bad movies. Although the smartphone is a perfect baseline camera (create with a phone and you can create with anything) much of the content in this workshop is applicable to other cameras, including GoPros, DSLRs and even 360 cameras.

The basic course is run on both days, with around six total hours of combined theory and discussion, with additional practice and discussion leading to an understanding and skills to build upon.

Those attending both days will dive deep into the skills learned on Day One, refining shot choice and editing skills, and reaching a stage of confidence which will provide a solid foundation for filmmaking into the future.

The course is set in a gorgeous countryside landscape, includes one night of camping, a series of evening films on the YesBus cinema (on Saturday night) and one-on-one conversations with Dave. Join us for a great weekend with like-minded people, and get ready to capture life, better.

Time: Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th August 2018

Location: The YesBus, Brinsbury College, Sussex RH20 1DL

Daily timings - Starts: 10am. Finishes: 4pm
