13th & 14th April: Eco Therapy Nature Weekend

“A wild nature eco therapy and wellbeing weekend. Taking time out for you to connect more deeply to what you love, your life, and the natural world.”

For a lot of us, our connection to nature is critical to our sense of our peace, happiness and even purpose. But as we hurry, worry and scurry through the urban landscape of our modern lives, how do we reconnect to nature and give ourselves a little time to breathe, re-wild, re-energize and be nourished by the beauty and awe of nature?

How do we quieten our minds when most of us can’t sit still for even a few minutes without thinking about something we need to do or to be distracted by.

We would be delighted to welcome you to join us for a nature and wellbeing eco therapy weekend exploring the practises of nature connection, solo time to just be you and group time together in nature

We will gently immerse ourselves into nature to nourish our own health and well-being, to breathe in the fresh countryside air and to experience the support and connection of each other and as a community connecting more deeply with nature.

We will include some playful exercises, slow walks, sit spots, meditations, full sense awareness and other nature connection practices to slow down, be still, let go and connect through our full body to the wild.

We will take time to play, rest and reflect on our new beginnings in the spring season, together with some gentle open hearted group listening circles, campfire gatherings, and solo nature connection practises.

This program will provide ways of relaxing, letting go, deeply connecting with the natural world and tapping into your purpose, your true nature and your inner innate wisdom. It would also benefit if you are in a life transition and want guidance to let go of what no longer serves you and to step more bravely into new beginnings in your life with less fear and more clarity, purpose and meaning.

It will be your time to reconnect with you, your own body, what makes you come alive and what is wildly important for you. The weekend will be held in the relaxed surroundings of The YesBus and the beautiful Sussex countryside.

“There is a way that nature speaks, that land speaks. Most of the time we are simply not patient enough, quiet enough, to pay attention to the story”.

Timings are Saturday 10am through to concluding the circle at 4pm on the Sunday.

We’ll be camping overnight at The YesBus and cooking together over the fire at meal times.

Cost would be £80 per person for the weekend, which includes lunch & dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.

Places are limited to 12 people.
